Does anyone have the problem where you have to hit any buttons twice. So, to activate a checkbox sometimes the first tap on the mouse won't do it. This didn't happen in max 2016.

It really seems related to Render Setup window. At least, that's the only area where we still have problems with. I had a few emails with Attila Szabo from Autodesk, and he said they haven't been able to remove all the legacy win32 UI code yet. However, he provided me a link to a little fix, that solves 95% of the UI problems we had, mostly with 3dsmax not detecting correctly that the mouse was over a viewport ... https://knowledge.autodesk.com/suppo...correctly.html
I hope this fix will help you a bit

Steve, I'm glad to read it helped you. Do you still have the problem with the Render Setup window ? as I said above, that's the only area where we still have problems with. I'd be curious to know if the fix solved it too for you or if it's the same.Nicolas Caplat
