  • Render V-Ray Resolution

so we just got the full version of VRay for Revit, i had the trial and i thought i had it figured out, but apparently, i did not, for some reason, and it may be my stupidity, no matter what resolution i choose my image is zoomed all the way out and not to the crop that is in Revit, anyone help?

    Hello Pa Dave ,

Can you please try to delete the .vprops file for this particular project and let us know if the issue persists.
Here is how to do it:
    1. Close Revit
    2. Navigate to: C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray for Revit 20**\Project Settings
    3. Find the folder that corresponds to your project (the folder name should contain the first characters of the project name)
    4. Delete the .vprops file located in that folder

(In case there are several .vprops files there -> open the Revit project, click Save and see which one of the .vproprs files will update. Then delete it.)

Mind that deleting the .vprops will set your V-Ray settings to their default values.

    Best,
    Ana

If you can provide us with any steps how to reproduce this problem (as I've been unsuccessfully trying to repro it), that would be great!

There is no difference between the trial and the licensed version.
