this just happened with the latest update, but even installing the previous version doesn't fix it. It happens on different computers, too. See the screenshot.
The shadows get clipped at a certain distance in Rendered View, and the Shadow settings in Rhino don't change that. When the setting "Camera Based Clipping Bubble" is set to None, it will still clip the shadows. When it's set to Maximum Radius, it will NOT clip it, but once I exit the Rhino Option window, it actually will clip it again.... very funny behaviour.
Any ideas? GPU tesselation doesn't do anything, neither do Grasshopper Quality settings help.
