Maya_2018, VRay 3.60.02
I create a vray sampler node as a new render element. Change the coordinate system to 'relative' and choose the button next to the 'Relative node' field. This opens the relationship editor and creates a node 'vray_relative_node_smaplerinfo_set'. I pick a node, in this case a sphere, and add it to the set. When I translate the sphere around the scene, the resulting position pass correctly follows the object, and remains 'stuck' to it. However, as soon as I rotate the object, things get very bizarre. Almost as if the coordinate system is being modified at world space, and not relative space.
The results I was expecting are how this same set-up operates in 3DSMax. When you choose a relative node in the VRaySamplerInfo node in max, the position pass stays properly stuck to that object, no matter how you transform it around the scene.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
