the Sketchup vray stop at 66%, what can possibly go wrong with my rendering?

Hi after putting new material of the wall images, the rendering stop at 66%, what can possibly go wrong with my render?
I have sketchup 2015 and recently purchase sketchup 2018 and Vray 4, but the vray appeared in 2015 instead of the 2018 which i want it to be. How can i change the vray to work in sketchup 2018?

Hello,

When running the V-Ray installer one of the first panels to go through requires selection of SketchUp versions. Please reinstall V-Ray, enable the relevant checkbox and let us know if it runs fine on SketchUp 2018.
Regarding your issue with the render process stopping at 66%, please open the SketchUp's Window > Ruby Console prior to rendering and let me know what is printed there once you hit the Render button.
