Problem with Aura registration

i've downloaded the 0.62 version of aura...but it ask me the code to authorize it......so i've sent a email to aura@chaosgroup.com as it said....but after a day they haven't reply me yet ...someone know how i can unlock it?

i'va also to make another question....how can i do the neon without vray...i've tried the autoillumination...but the result is too bad....
