  • Error 700

    Hello,
Everything was working fine perfect with VRay RT, but the annual upgrade required an update. We just upgraded to 3ds Max 2019 and VRay Next. I'm running Windows 10 64 bit on 2 GeForce GTX 1080 cards.

I was getting an error before stating that the Nvida 398 driver wasn't supported, so I rolled back to 388. Now I'm still receiving Error 700 but also that there's no device supporting at least Cuda 2.0.

Thanks in advance for any help

Seems like there is a problem in the PC setup. Have you restarted the PC after installing the drivers?
Can you send the scene to support@chaosgroup.com so they can check if it is a V-Ray GPU bug?

      Hello savage309,
I sent the scent to the e-mail you provided. The issue is only occurring on GPU rendering, but not the standard renderer. Any idea why that might be?

I think it might be something in the driver/setup. Lets see if the support guys will manage to reproduce it here with your scene - in this case it might be V-Ray problem.
