Problems rendering

Some minutes after starting rendering Vray goes "finished", even though the render is far from being finished. Does anyone know why it happens? I've just bought a vray 3.6 license for sketchup. I have never had this sort of problem before using the 2.0 version.

As already mentioned in PM, please check whether a time limit is set up (https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...iasing-Quality).
If the issue persists, open the VFB prior to rendering and click the Progress window button at its bottom-right corner. Proceed to render until the issue is reproduced and copy the whole log to a .txt file.
Send an email at support@chaosgroup.com with the following info:
1. full version number and date of V-Ray for Rhino (found in V-Ray > Help > About)
2. render engine used - CPU/GPU?
3. confirm whether the problem is reproducible only with specific files or with any (even newly created projects)
4. state whether you are using one of the quality presets or custom render settings
5. attach the progress log txt file.

My colleagues will assist based on the info you share.
