Missing DLL thats not even needed

hey everyone sorry for asking so many questions but now im trying to net render with backburner but every time i start up max on my other computer since i dont have the cloth fx plugin on that one it wont work in the net render. I dont even need the cloth fx plugin for this scene anymore, i just used it to get the shape of a tablecloth then i turned it to an editable poly and no longer need any cloth information. I hope theres a way to get it to work on net render. I dont know how to get that information about the clothfx out of the file. if anyone could help i would apreciate it, thanks.

either merge the contents into a new scene, or install the clothfx plugin on the second one
