Nope, images still there and obviously not the demo (no watermark). Concidering the version Im guessing its a pirate version.

no guys, i´m noting using a pirated version.
As i said, this my firts week on this studio, and i didn´t know anything about foruns, and i didn´t know about vray support.

So, i found some advices on the user manual.
And i gonna get some help at the vray website if i eventualy need.

This forum looks more like a "let's catch some warez users" forum than a help forum.

I understand you don't wanna help warez users, but this is getting ridiculous.

Instead of accusing them of piracy, better invite them friendly to the customer side of the forum

best advice you can get is to just try and model as close to physical correctness as possible. Use the correct material shaders and so on.

Well if your not using a pirate version then I apologies for insinuating that you were. On that note, if the studio you work for is running legit licenses then have them send your name and login (theres a sticky thread on this at the top of this forum) info for this forum to the Chaos guys and they will enable you to have full access to the registered users portion of the site.

I also agree with percy, model the light inside and out then play with the materials. Trying to fake headlights and taillights with maps almost always looks like crap

I fell like i´m a terrorist, cause everyone is puting me against a wall, i really sorry, i didn´t know anything about vray, i just started to try to use this tool one week ago. Now i know we have a proffessional support and users manual, and i was wrong trying to go bymiself. So i just wanted some help from here because i´ve got lot of good advices from you guys, cause everyone who said to me come here an post, and all the guys just said good things about all of you, that you are proffessional, etc, and i really got scared, because i fell like i was hunting, but i didn´t do anything wrong !!!

no worries dundas. We try to help everyone. But none of us really wants to waste our time helping someone who is using a pirated version, so sometimes we get a little overzealous in trying to find if someone is legal or not. Ill say it again, there really should be a sticky in the public forum stating some of these things, so that we cant cut down on this sort of stuff.

Im not sure a Sticky will help .. People are still asking me why they cant gain access to the main forum .. !!! and did the flickering sticky work ?no..
Your right Percy we do sometimes get overzealous in this situation but i think its sometimes well justified as 9 out 10 users almost admit to using warez in the public forum of late. dundas .. apologies to you my friend and well see you in the registered users side of the forum soon.

well if theres a well thought out sticky that would include alot of answers that we seem to be going over and over again, like asking people why they are using an older version of the beta, when we all know that there are cracked copies of earlier versions. Then we could just "please refer them to the sticky" when they seem about to put their foot in their mouth, OR unfairly get jumped on by us.
