Any Tutorial for Rendering

I'm using Vray 3.4, Sketchup 2017. I spent a lot of time. I used dome light and / or rectangular light. However, I was not successful in illuminating the object as needed. For example, I did not get the result seen in the picture. The SU file is attached. Is there a tutorial that explains in detail the necessary lighting, material selection, studio preparation etc. especially for rendering?
