V-Ray for SketchUp – Quick Start: Exterior Lighting

Hello,

Im learning V-ray so i started with some tutorials.

I cant get the material override to work in the example file from chaos group. What am i doing wrong?

(tested if it works in file i make and then it does override......)

Is the same.
Only Overrides does not work in this tutorial scene.

What is the cause?

Can be overriden option may be unchecked in texture options, if so, override color will not work on that textures..

I checked but the texture options are all able to be overriden (is that the correct word? )

Hi,

This seems to be related to the migration from previous V-Ray versions.

As a workaround, you could Revert to Default Render Settings (bottom-right button) and then enable the material override.
