how can i make static liquid simulation?

i'm simulating a ball falls into water,i found the water shaking in the box before the ball touch it.how can i make the static liquid ?

A scene file is too much It usually is the scene scale or steps per frame - search the forums or the docs for all other threads with the same effect.
