Interactive Rendering Bug

I'm having trouble with interactive rendering. It automatically zooms out really far from my model and I can't get close to it. Is there anything I can do? Below are images of what I see.

This is what I see in my Sketchup window.

Could you please provide some additional information?
1. Does this occur with specific project or any (even newly created ones)?
2. What is the full version number of V-Ray (Extensions > V-Ray > Help > About)?
3. If you Revert to Default Render Settings, is the issue reproducible?
4. Are you using SketchUp's Advanced Camera Tools?

It happens on every project. It comes and goes. I am using the default settings. The only change is the interactive rendering setting.

Could you please download and install the latest hotfix update and advise if the issue is resolved?

If the issue persist, could you please advice if you are using a template where Advanced Camera Tools are used?
