  • Network rendering - server won't clear for next job

I'm network rendering a single still to one machine. After a job has finished, the server won't automatically clear so the next job in the queue can start. I have to close the server manually then restart it, which is inefficient to the say the least when I'm trying to render several images overnight. Anyone run into this before or know why this is happening?

    Thanks for your help.

I think it could be an issue with your software, what are you running for OS, max, v-ray, firewall, cpu, ram...

I only say that because Im just finishing up on rendering 18,000 frames and 30 stills through backburner across 2x PIII's, 3x PIV's, 1x Dual Xeon 2.8, 2x AMD XP's and an AMD 64-3500+ and has gone pretty much with out a hitch (knocks on wood).
