    VRSCENE is so fast to load in Standalone.
    Yes, exactly ! For fast, quick and "dirty" updates it's much more easy to use the mayabatch method as you don't have to write the vrscenes, which can be very long sometimes. I think exporting the vrscenes should be much faster.
    But these past months I used much more often the vray.exe method which has alone the advantage of skipping of existing frames when you render animations.
