  • PROBLEM WITH FLICKERS IN ARCHITECTURAL ANIMATION...

I am animating for a huge architectural scene with a whole bunch buildings. the big problem is that it has toooooo many jitters.esp when an array of lines are too close to each other.

how can i fix this? i can only afford to put in 4mins for each frame...HELP!

most likely. of course a sample illustrating your problem would be more helpful then a few lines of text.

I can describe to u...because i cant bring the animation to this machine
and that i cant post an image in this forum(

Okie..i have a building that have many louvers (
strips of long steel in an array to block direct sunlight penetrating through the window.) on its windows...and this window is all over the facade of a high rise building...
my camera is pretty far away..and i want to animate it rotating the building...

because the camera is pretty far away...the louvers looks like the are pretty close to each other. and when the camera starts to rotate..the lines of the louvers seems to flicker..like the lines of the louvers are all tangled up...

So what ur saying is rendering the facade only and then the louvers seperately?

other than AA settings on high..what about the lighting samples...
how can i calculate the GI samples so that it is sufficient for this kind of animation without too much noise? i am intrested to know how u guys calculate the samples and so forth...i hope the wise senoirs of this forum can advise me how to calculate...??

              Thanks
