  • Vector motion blur in Photoshop

Is there a way to utilize the Velocity pass from Vray in Photoshop to correctly render motion blur in post as can be done in Nuke? Photoshop's motion blur seem much simpler.

I'm using 32bit compositing if that makes any difference...

No, not in Photoshop. You can do it in After Effects though, if you are familiar with it.

Thanks, I suspected that might be the case. I use after effects, yes, but it would be clunky for my still PP workflow I feel. Time to learn Nuke maybe.

Nuke might be slightly overkill and outrageously expensive for adding motion blur to a still no ? I use Fusion for this stuff and it’s plenty enough for my needs and very affordable.

Thanks, I haven't looked into it very much yet, I'll check Fusion out.
