We're testing out Citrix for our remote desktop login procedure.
When a render is running and we login remotely using Citrix we find the VFB image is completely white. The 3ds max rendering progress dialog box is still counting down etc and we can still (sometimes) play around with the adjustment sliders but there is no image in the frame buffer. When logging on to the desktop locally to see whats happening, the frame buffer is in the same state.
It's as if logging in remotely causes the frame buffer to bug out? If we leave the render running, it does finish and save out to our desired path on the network.
Before we look into some support from Citrix, does anyone have any experience with such an issue? Or can you recommend an alternative for remote desktop login (that offers a decent FPS stream).
Many thanks.
