Total Chaos 2020 is canceled due to COVID-19

Hello all,

For everyone’s health and safety, we’ve decided to cancel Total Chaos 2020. We were looking forward to seeing you in Sofia, but we know that canceling the event is the right thing to do at this time.

Ticket refunds
Your ticket purchase will be refunded in full. Please allow a few weeks for everything to be processed.

Travel arrangements
We recommend you contact your travel provider directly to cancel your travel arrangements. With the current circumstances worldwide, many hotels and airlines are waiving change and cancellation fees. We’re sorry for any inconvenience that this might cause.

Even though we won’t get to see you in person, we still plan to share product news and customer stories with you throughout the year.

Why not make the best of the situation and make the event online like the Game Developer Conference? It is of course wonderful to meet and network, but you would reach a much larger audience. People would understand if it wasn't perfectly executed under these conditions.

We thought about it, but we feel Total Chaos is best as an in-person community event and for this reason won't be pursuing the idea of hosting it online. We’ll continue to share customer stories and product news throughout the year and celebrate with our community in other ways. We're thinking along the lines of online events, webinars, live streams.

Same here, Total Chaos is our favorite time of the year! Already looking forward to Total Chaos 2021
