Problems of PLE license

Hi!

I recently heard about Vray PLE and downloaded it.
.
The download list is displayed as shown in 'Image 1(left)'.
.
But I connected using a MacBook. So, to change to the Windows version, I clicked 'download for another OS' and tried to go back again.
.
Then 'Image 2(right)'.
.
I received a message that it has already been downloaded, but can't I get it again? (The file has not been downloaded.)

You can download it again by following the link in your confirmation email, or from my.chaosgroup.com > Active Products.

But.., it comes out exactly like the image you uploaded, like the question.

I think I can do it by registering a new one.

But, . I am using it since vray2,
so I don't want to create a new one.



Can I not download the file again because I lost it? Is it only available at the end of the 90 days?

Hello, you should be able to find the installation if you go to https://my.chaosgroup.com - log in with your Chaos account, click on the V-Ray PLE for Maya row and you will see a link to the downloads.

Hi,

I haven't told you this.

There is a message saying that it has been downloaded,
but when you go to the web page you talked about,
There are no downloads history like the image you uploaded.

I have another ID that I joined in the past.
I will try to download again using the old ID.



In the end, you can log in with a different ID and download is possible!(2nd image)
