animating renderer parameters ???

Hi everybody,

i´m trying to making some caustic rendertests with VRAY. It would save time if I could do it with an animation. Under trackview there are several renderer parameters which can be animated. But I want to animate for example the caustics parameters. Is there a way to do it, to add these parameter to trackview ?
For example:
frame 01 = max photons 50
frame 10 = max photons 60

i guess if those are scriptable (which is probable) you could animate them using scripting...
