This is a nube question, so bare with me. I have viewed several tutorials as well as referred to relevant documentation, but unfortunately I'm still unclear as to how - correctly, add a Vray Next Hair Material to a spline-based Hair and Fur object. I have only been able to use the "mr prim" option to render the hair, however when using the other options (buffer, geometry), nothing is rendered and my 3ds max crashes.
My question is how can I correctly add the VRayHairNextMtl to a spline-based object without incurring any problems.
