Apple departure from Intel chips

Greetings everyone!

Following yesterday's WWDC keynote, I wonder what Apple's move from Intel to proprietary SoC means for ChaosGroup.
I know mac users are not Chaos' main customers, but I am curious about the performance of this chips in rendering tasks. Will ChaosGroup experiment with their announced developer kits?
