  • Assembly Load Wrapper plugin error once I installed V-ray Next

This seems to have started as soon as I installed V-ray Next from V-ray 3.7. Launching 3ds Max 2017 causes this error (pic1). As soon as Max loads then pic 2 appears. However max and v-ray seem to be working as seen in the default settings in the Render dialog box and test renders.
Also there was an error that appeared to be related to Multiscatter and V-ray but installing the latest version of Multiscatter (compatible with V-ray Next) seems to have fixed that.
    Any ideas what to do?

So I uninstalled V-ray next, rebooted and then launched 3ds Max 2017 and the error is gone. Then I installed the latest v-ray next for 2017 and started 3ds Max and the error is back. So it surely seems connected to v-ray.

I noticed the problem is only on my Threadripper machine which is running Win10 Pro. My i7 machine running Win7 Pro is fine. Both have 3ds Max 2017 and V-ray Next installed. So maybe it's a windows 10 issue?

We have many users running Windows 10 and V-Ray Next without issue (I'm using Windows 10 myself). Do you have any other plugins installed, or any other additional DLLs loaded in 3ds Max?

        Best regards,
        Vlado

Thank you. I have not loaded any DLLs that I am aware of, but I have installed plugins :Phoenix FD, Multiscatter, Forest Pack. All those plugins were installed when I first got the computer an I also installed V-ray 3.7. It all worked fine until I installed V-ray Next.
