Fur ignore normals option?

Hey guys, thought this would be easy but I've been having trouble. I'm using a fur material for grass, and I want all the grass to stand straight up (green), not start in the direction of the surface normal (red). Seems like that should be an easy fix but I don't see I way to do it....any ideas?

Try literally manipulating the object's normals to point at the zenith. Not an expert in Rhino, however, there should be a way to do that.
