GPU utilisation

Hi, theres been a few threads on the GPU not hitting 100% when rendering....yet little response from Chaos...I've just done a batch render and both gpus didnt go above 40%...before i have to spend time sorting out scenes, could someone from Chaos actually reply tell me if this is a known issue or not because it seems pretty spurious.

I've left a reply on one of the original forum threads here. Sending us a scene via our contact form would be helpful, or alternatively, as mentioned - a remote session so we can troubleshoot might be necessary.
