VrayLight Problem - Cannot access dropdown lists to adjust vray lights

For some reason when I create a vraylight, the dropdown lists show up but when I hit the down arrow to access the options, nothing happens. I've reset Max, etc. to no avail. Any suggestions?

UPDATE: Actually, no drop down lists are available for anything....edit poly, etc.

As I am unable to reproduce such a behavior, have you tried once more resetting the ENU folder or a clean re-install to see if that makes any difference?
Which versions are you using?

We couldn't enter any of the objects recently, no modifiers etc. It seems to be a3dsmax bug. Try putting 3dsmax into another monitor of you are using two. On the other display we were able to enter the drop down menus . This should fix it. Really strange bug.
