Customer needs full access

hi there,

The company i work for (AJA) is a customer of the chaosgroup. ive tryed to log in with our current user name and password that we use to download the lastest versions of vray but it doent seem to recognize it. I need the use of this forum to help me our with my vray problems. Could some one plz! help us out.

you should send them a mail with your own user name, and the contract data of you company
this usually works fine
