I was a bit of a latecomer to V-Ray 5.0 (upgraded 6 months after it had been introduced), and don't do quite as many renders daily as I used to (or would like to), but I feel I really must drop a line and thank Chaosgroup for this latest incarnation of V-Ray, i.e. V-Ray 5.
It is absolutely brilliant.
I cannot tell you how much I *love* the layers and adjustments that I can do within the VFB (using Cryptomatte) - there is now, very, very little reason to actually go into Photoshop to do any post production
Each time I use Cryptomatte, I am simply in awe
Add the Cosmos Library (which gets better and better by the day) and this is now getting 'too' easy

PS - GPU rendering is simply amazing too
PPS - not often that I write these types of thank yous, but honestly, the entire Chaosgroup 'eco-system', from tech support, ticket submission, forum response times (and quality) is just on a whole new level - well done to the entire Chaosgroup team.
