  • Technical support is on vacation ??

I have the feeling that Technical Support is less present these days. Many questions asked some time ago remain unanswered to this day.

Do you have the same feeling or am I the only one?

The way of the world, I suppose. It is hard to get support for anything these days.

You pay specifically for this "service" as you don't own anything, it's a per month fee and you are the beta tester.

..and what about the dcc app itself and the versions supported by Vray itself and associated plugins? this is an ecosystem.
On top of that The fact that you buy 2 "different" renders even if you intend to use only 1 commercially (and 1 is less capable than the other) I remember first announcements and the beginning of vrayrt..
It's a mess and we the users pay for it. Better sort it out quick ( but I really think the point of no return is already way behind us.. too bad)

I haven't noticed any slow down on my side ( 3dsMax User here ).
if you need help then sending them an email to support is the best, that's the official way anyway.
also, use the proper forum section to get better help , using the open public forum isn't the best place for paying customers .
if you don't have access to the other sections, then send the support an email and they will help.
