Cosmos browser buggier than ever

I'm having a tough time with Cosmos assets into Maya lately, some upload fine some come with the shader missing, many times the download fails so you have to download again...I love this service but is lacking reliance when pressed on a deadline. There are updates to the browser but it only makes it worse than before...except with new assets added to library(That's the good part)
A lot of the trees are coming in black, some people black or just with a lambert, Suvs and trucks missing half the shaders.
