be careful with the latest drivers from NVIDIA.
They are not reliable.
I had the problem with Lumion. I don't know if it affects V-Ray, but I give you the information.

Read on the Lumion forum:
"Some of you have reported issues with the new drivers from NVIDIA. We can confirm the same - messed up interface in Lumion. This is not solely a Lumion problem but is occurring with some other 3d software."
