Hello I'm having trouble getting Vray to work on my new computer after installing it. To make things worse I accidentally turned on borrowed licenses & now I can't turn them off.

I've tried going to the license server activation & dropping in the cert, but it's a .CRT file & it says "File is not valid!" because it never gives me a .csr

I've uninstalled & reinstalled the license server several times. The license server never gives me an option to log in & add an activation key or anything.


I can't deactivate the borowed license as it says "the server has borrowed licenses and cannot be deactivated


This process is very confusing. If anyone can help, thank you
