Trouble logging into the forums

We are told that we can jump into the forums with our normal Chaos log-in info, but whenever I do that, I am blocked out of the forums. I need to use my forum-specific log-in.

Is there an error massage displayed when you try to log in with the Chaos Account button? Have you tried logging in via Incognito window or a different web browser?

Eh, guys, I don't feel like creating a tech support ticket for this. Obviously I can get into the forums, it's just annoying is all.
