Unable to acquire Vray for Rhino GUI License
Yet another one - I realise many have posted in past years but unfortunately, none truly solved my case. after an update to Vray 6.0.2 I believe, it started complaining about the license server - so I went on to install the latest license server.
See attached screenshot, where I have gotten 6.0.0 license server downloaded (which i subsequently installed with enabling the firewall option) but oddly enough, when I check my license server, there's only up to V-Ray 5 and V-Ray 6 is nowhere to be seen. Restarting my PC didn't do anything. I am fully lost on this and there's no other posts that seem to help on this case. Does anyone know what the issue is? I'm no tech-savvy and no wizard on codes and programs, so I do hope that Chaos Group would make update installation an easy few clicks of a button in the future...the process is so complicated and a lot of issues come around when updating V-ray, it's one of my few complaints about it.
