3dsMax 2024 Error code 126, please HELP!

After installing Vray 2024 for 3ds Max 2024 it crashes with this message:

Error Loading Plug-in DLL
DLL <c:\programdata\autodesk\applicationplugins\vray 3d smax202\plugins\vrender 2024.dlr> failed to initialize.
Error code 126 - The specified module could not be found.

Please help!!
