Render settings: Irradiance (-2 0) + Light Map (1000 subdivs)
Reflect Iterations -1 0

Turn on prefiltering in the lightcache settings

I think part of the problem is AA, other part someone else may know.

Its not a reflection or AA issue, its lightcache, up the sampling, and/or up the prefiltering
