Static noise issue

Hi guys, I've really liked the Carona render so far, but one issue I've been coming accross is a static unmoving noise field when I render the image. The problem is that I like to denoise the image with a plugin called neat video (which I think is the best denoiser around) but it won't work if the noise is static. Are there any settings i can tweak to have the noise alternate between frames? Thanks
