Cannot reset password, please help!

I paid for Corona yesterday and got conformation emails sent to me fine, however my password doesn't seem to log me in. Ive tried password reset but nothing ever arrives in my email and is not gone to junk/spam.

Ive logged in here under another account as I cant even login with my actual account here to ask for help.

I really need to get working asap, can someone contact me here so I can give you my other account details to get this sorted.

Or if there is a number to ring that would be good?
