Need help for create Logo

Hi im from Kazakhstan so i'm sorry for my english.

I need to create good lok of logo of our Company. It must be something shining. I use some caustik effect of Vray, but i have no more ideas. May be some one can help me?

And i don't understand the rule of the forum(my bad English).

Where is the forum where i can put my 3dsmax files, and a can get qualify help for money?
