Corona 11 does not install chaos scatter on 3DS Max

Chaos Scatter does not install on 3DS Max 2024 or 2023.
I've uninstalled everything several times and it doesn't work.
I tried several versions of Corona (8, 9, 10 and 11) and it didn't install the scatter.
I turned off the antivirus and it didn't help.

Isn't there a way to install just chaos scatter?
I need the scatter and I don't know what else to do.
