Can't download V-Ray software

I was trying to download the latest version of V-Ray from the My Products page. My license is active. I select "Download" and it takes me to the selection page where I determine software and Platform Version. I can select 3Ds Max, but it won't let me select my Platform Version or anything else. Those drop down boxes are disabled.
