Keep getting this message when trying to start ensacpe in revit

  • Keep getting this message when trying to start ensacpe in revit

    I've already updated my GPU and reinsatlled revit and enscape 2 times and nothing is working I cant even send my logs to Chaos and dont have a folder or file for logs in my pc documents finder. What should I do?

    Thank you for your question! This error could be caused by a number of things and we would like to review the logs first, before making any recommendations.
    To find the logs, could you please go into %localappdata%\Enscape\Logs , then zip the folders it contains and use the contact form to upload them there? Please also mention the forum post in the description.

      I think the nvidia driver has broken part of windows

      Install these 2 Microsoft vc 2015-2022 redistributable files

      https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

      https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

      That will fix it
