I think your model is the main problem. I see that you have a hole over the window, shouldn't you place a box there?

Make sure your boxes "walls & slabs" have no space between them. That might be the problem.

Ok, how are you lighting the scene? qmc..lc... ir??

And how have you modelled the walls, floor and ceiling.

Also whats the exact vray version that your using?

haha, its not that. Its definately a lightcache problem. Its fine when you dont render with it. I wont bother posting my own image because its the same problem from up there. The geometry is fine too. cmon fellas, show use the light

aw come on guys you mean you cant spot this? animart, i suggest you contact the chaos group guys to request full access to the forum which will prove that you have purchased vray, becasue from here on in i suggest no one else should give any help as long as your posting here in public forum.

Well i'm still having the problem. I found its not the light cache but the irradiance map for me. I searched around because i have seen how to fix it but i cant. How do you get rid of the bright corners with the irradiance map?

Make a render, show us your render, and explain how things are modelled and light.

Also what version of vray are you running.. Some version had bugs.

I wont need to post an image, im getting the exact problem with the already posted. Glowing edges, its fine without irradiance map. I get the same problem with vray free and vray trial. Im using vray lights for the scene.

mmm how are you lighting the scene in vray free?? It doesnt have vray lights.

How about you make a scene that exhibits the problem and post it here so we can have a look for you.
As I honestly havnt seen this problem for ages.
