  • yet another VrayEdgeTex question

    Hey there everyone,

i really need to render a wireframe that looks like that:

Well, now i thought that i can do that with the the VrayEdgeTex material but it doesn't work out quite so satisfying. I need to make sure that the wireframe is not backfacing.

Can anyone tell me which settings to use to achieve that?

    regards, tim

Usually you'd drop the VRayEdgesTex as the diffuse texture for a regular material (VRayMtl or a Standard one); however if you need the object to be transparent (like the wireframe you posted) you should put VRayEdgesTex in the Opacity slot of a VRayMtl or a Standard one.

    Best regards,
    Vlado
I only act like I know everything, Rogers.
