How can I post on the regular forums or look at attachments? Recently we have purchased VRay and I would like to contribute and get support.

I sent an email on 6-11 to the vray support but nothing has changed yet. Should I send another email or do I have to wait.
I'm sorry if I am rushing you guys but I have a problem with my Vray installation.
