vray installation

i have a problem to install vray2009 for max 2009 on window vista ,it was working on window xp .the problem is at the final install some "FAILED "messages appear .... the vray does not show in max 2009,i tried to run it as administrator ,it works but in the material editor the slots appear as blank boxes no background and no balls ,i can assign the materials i can see it in the scene but not in the ME ..PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT TO DO thanks in advance

Select the installation, right-click on it and select "Run as Administrator..."

thanks vlado .. i already did this but the material editor is blank black squares no balls no background...i cannot see the material i assign...i don't know maybe there's a way to install it in vista or the vray 1.5sp2 is not compatible with vista .anyone has this problem?
