  • Non-Sticky Vray Object Properties

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not and I don't have access to VRAY:PROBLEMS forum, so I am posting it here.

I had set various vray properties on different objects in my MAX file. For example, set RECEIVE GI to 0.8 for one object and VISIBLE TO GI to OFF for another object. If I select all the objects in the scene and right-click VRAY PROPERTIES, those settings above are reset(non-sticky) to default. Is this a bug?

you sure your settings are not being reset due to max autosave?

I'm sure. I always have autosave off. I just did a test. Selected all the objects, set Alpha Contribute to 1.0 and Receive GI to 1.0. I selected one of the objects, set Alpha Contribute to -1.0 and Receive GI to 2.0. I then selected all the objects and set Alpha Contribute to 1.0. When I select the single object again, the Receive GI is 1.0 again.
