  • Little frustrated with an order

    I ordered RT just last week and downloaded a zip with a pdf that had specific instructions which I followed. The email I sent along with the required wibu info was as such:

    Hi,

    I just purchased Vray RT from Vismasters and have generated a wibu control file so that it can be added to my existing vray 1.5 dongle.

    Here is the order information.

    Order # XXXXXXXXX

    My Chaos Group account name is

    XXXXXXX_XXXXX


    Also I would like to have forum access
    My forum user name is vandigital

    The email I recieved in response was something that made no sense at all.

    Dear Seth Richardson,

    According to our records dongle 10081076 has V-Ray license written on it. To check the dongle status, please open a web browser and in the address field enter:

    http://servername:30304

    where servername is the IP address of the machine having the dongle and the V-Ray license service running.

    What the kinda reply is that what is it they would like me to do with this lic info that they already have lol.
    Oh and I still didn't get forum access yet again as per request from when I very first purchased vray I asked for access and gave my name.

    The order process for vray products is very annoying.
